B. Sodium salt of Hexanoic acid (sodium hexanoate) is slightly soluble in water due to it salt.

C. Ethers are immisible in water, hence ethyl propyl ether is insoluble in water

D. Pentanol is soluble in water due to protic polar solvent. Water is also polar solvent and thumb rule "like dissolves in like", hence pentanol is most soluble in water.

E. n-Hexane is alkane which is immisible in water and insoluble.

Answer is D: pentanol is most soluble in water.
