Answer: The adult's health can be considered much better than the older clients. As older people suffers many of the problem at this age, there are lack of vitamin, nutrients and many essential things that to be need for the body to be maintained. Although if they takecare of themselves then also at the old age the muscles get loosen and weak. The eye sight becomes poor day by day. So, older people can not be that much health as compared to adults one.

The adult clients should be healthy and fit. They should include the physical activities in their life and they should be active. If we talk about the adult women, they should not have obesity as women are generally more prone to this. They should not have high blood pressure as this is also most common. They should look after their own health. Now adays diabetes is most common in the overweight women. The obesity also causes many cardiovascular disease.
