Generally it is suggested to drink 180- 200 ml of water for every 15 - 20 minutes of activities. Clients should take some snacks and meals containing some amount of sodium.
2) Clients should be encouraged to take plenty of water or juicy fruits before practice or competition as many of food items causes dehydration.
