Answer: Every human being has right to live a Healthy life. A person in need of an organization transplant have a moral right to obtain that transplant. But the condition is that there should be availability of that particular organ. If the organ is available then transplant should be performed.

There could be ethical issues while alloting the organs when there are not enough organs for all who need them. But accordingly if the younger patient needs organ, they should be allotted first as there could be chances that the patient could live for longer period of time.
