Answer #1

Answer: Organ transplant is a process where when the organ fails to work properly then it is replaced by the healthy organ from a donor. It is a moral right of the patient to obtain that transplant as there is right of patient to live. So, if the organ transplant can help the patient to survive for more few years then it should be performed.

Thise patients who has more chances of survival with the help of organ transplant, they should get the transplant first. The second thing should be considered that the young people who can have more life span as compared to old patient should get preference over the old patient.

Point estimates often need to be nested in layers of analysis, and it is the Invariance Principle that provides a pathway for doing so. An example would be estimating Mu after having to estimate Alpha and Beta for some distributions. In simpler statistics class exercises (like those we've seen up until now), this is typically avoided by providing the lower level parameters within exercises or problems (eg, asking you for Mu by giving you the Alpha and Beta). The only...
