1. Physicians are having a special special place in the health care sectors, as they had been given the place of God next to the almighty. Physicians can save the life of people through their immense treatment and medications. But now a days medical field has became a market place for business where the physicians are selecting their profession as a source of income from the patients. Many of them are forgetting their responsibilities as doctors and are showing interest in earning income by hook or crook way. As a doctor they have to deliver their services to the people irrespective of rich and poor, and their goal is to make healthier people and from free of diseases. Along with the participating in the Governmental subsidized programs the physicians has to respond to the social missions like conducting free medical camps to the poor, free distribution of medical services than for the one who can only afford for their costly services.

2. The culture of medicine and value of systems of individuals selected for medical school admission is a primary aspect to the admission into the course. The culture of medicine mainly focuses on the care providing to the people who are sick and poor and for those who are in sufferings. The primary motto of the medical school admission is to serve the people irrespective of the status, family background, bribe offerings, ethnicity, race, cultures, religion, occupation, etc, instead it has to focus on the patient care. Respect towards the patients and their problems by maintaining of the good rapport with the patients and family, and trying to decrease the pain and suffering of patients.
