Women have either low fat or too much body fat has reduced fertility because ovaries secret estrogen and in some amounts body fat also, when body have balanced fat means person getting normal amounts of estrogen

When have low fat means it will affect either ovulation or the estrogen insufficiency.

When women have overweight means much more amount of estrogen.

For normal body functions normal estrogen secretion needed.
