• Decreases blood supply to the area
• The infection rate is higher due to discharges
• Pain
• Loss of the part (limbs)
• weakness,fragile
• Loss of self confidence and disturbed sensory perception due to poor healing
• Sepsis ,when the infection spreads through the circulatory system
• Chronic or permanent damages
• Ulceration in affected wound
• Wound hematoma,seroma,dehiscence occurs
