Answer: Health issues are the major concern internationally and need a lot of improvement to overcome from this issues.

Nigeria is one of the country where there is issue with the health in an extreme. Near about all the population are effected by the health issues. Malaria is one of the disease which has cause many death in that particular country. The socio-economic status and factors influence the outcome of the disease. There are many other health issues concerned to that particular country.

Due to poor economy, people are unable to provide themselves a clean and proper environment which give rise to the diseases. There is no proper water to drink, poor sanitation even drinking water is not available them for regular consumption.

Government doesn't provide any kind of health insurance, private companies provide some of the healthcare plan but the problem is that people are unable to pay the premium rates as more than 60% of the population lives in Poverty.

Many intervention programs has been taken to cure the disease of malaria and remove the problem of water. But still there has been no improvement in the condition of the people as well as of the country.

Spraying of pesticides, medications and mosquito repellent are some of the methods which can prevent the disease. But these steps are for the particular disease, the main problem of that country is poor hygiene, unavailability of clean drinking water, lack of education etc.
