NURSING is an unique in health care team members. Nurses are the backbone of the every hospitals and health care team. NURSING means giving care to all level of people in the community and also hospital setup without showing the partiality. NURSING is sacrificing their own life to get back others life. Nursing who only provide the all kind of care to them who are all in sick . NURSING means understanding of one's feeling , emotions mental and physical health, nursing give a big change in small care with heartful of smile and dedication towards their work. They stand behind their patients in every situation, nursing means providing all level of care to the patients like bathing , brushing , feeding, taking the of one's personal hygiene and environmental hygiene without showing anything.she / he can change themselves in all cases like if they work in paediatric ward means they change into child's mentality to give care like that. NURSING giving always give an positive energy to their patients to get fast recovery.she is the one take care of each and every thing in their patients health .doctors only give orders but she / he stay back 24 htmrs to them .SHE can play an multi role for example she can do physiotherapy , occupational therapy , give pshyco education , conduct delivery etc... and also she is the one take an in charge of every community's health records , she only actively participate in all government programs , deliver all informations recording to the schemes, treatment ect.she always do their job in evidenced based practices , nursing had an advanced in their field like nursing also had an specialty wise like paediatric nurse , OG nurse , critical care nursing , psychiatric NURSING, emergency NURSING, ambulance nursing etc..... NURSING done great job in research also , they provide their skills in all level of health sectors. Without nursing and nurses I can't imagine in health care sectors. Am proud to be a nurse.....
