The following tips can be followed when a conversation is with a third party

• Self introduce oneself and from where is the call made from,make sure the third party reveals his identity
• Inform the purpose of the call,this gives a clear idea for the third party about what the call is regarding
• Explain or brief about the purpose or the idea
• Benefits and limitation can be discussed here
• Get feedback or response from the other side ,this gives information that, will the representative accept or reject
• If accepted the purpose,schedule a time for a meeting with the concerned provider or the healthcare organization by the third part representative
• Thank the third-party either accepting or rejecting the purpose of call and end the conversation.

It is important to maintain a professional relationship and being a part in implementing and improvement of any particular work leads to progression.
