Answer #1

The HCP order for the patient is 75 mg / kg / day

Patient weight is about 46. 4 kg

So the amount that the patient required for one day is = 75 x 46.4
= 3480 mg / day

The nurse had a concentration of  660 mg / 3ml.

So the nurse required amount for the administration of 3480 mg needs the following calculation,

660 mg present in 3 ml, therefore 1ml contain 220 mg,
patient had a required amount of 3480 ml is = 3480 / 220
= 15.8 ml

The nurse needs to provide 15.8 ml per day, In hand she had a concentration 660mg / 3 ml
So 15.8 ml can be administered with around 5 times divided dose of 3 ml.
