Ethics is a process for moral value to do right or wrong. Ethical dilemmas increase when there are moral issues. As digital communication increase in the health care setting patients more connected to health care professionals. Communicating through smartphone health care professional responsibility to protect patient rights and confidentiality, privacy, and autonomy. It needs systematic ethical decision ability. smart phone facility makes patients direct interact with a health care professional and monitors health status and behavior. this is an ethical concern.
  Health care ethics include patients' autonomy, beneficence, nonmaleficence, justice. Bioethical standards include autonomy, freedom, veracity, privacy, fidelity, etc. Ethical approaches help health care professionals to focus on ethical decision making in their practice. ethical system should include rational, justified decisions in daily practice to handle the client information. ethical implications in health care informatics use of a smartphone to communicate patients and monitor their health and sensitive data to ensure safety and secure process.
