A.It is optimal because a high quality healthcare service is enjoyed by the US citizen which is delivered through a strongly built interwoven public health system.

The health care sector ln our country chiefly built on the service of clinicians and RNs whether or not they work independently as a private practitioner or in the hospitals and health care facilities .The service that are orchestrated by variety of insurance plans.The names of the different health care programme of the Government are Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP (low income children in 2001) etc. These healthcare system has to play its role .Regulators of the care system such as governmental regulations are also there.Recently a single payer Medicare system where health for all is proposed.

Working people buy their insurance plan via employer.Less commonly individual purchaser of the policy is seen. So Employers are stakeholder too.Other stakeholders as we commonly can assess are individual patient party himself,Clinician,Insurance companies,and Government

The three Ps in the healthcare system are Patient (Person) Provider (Clinician,RN,Laboratory etc)and Payer.All are taking their share from the US healthcare system

Patients are receiving good care

Providers are receiving their payment via insurance

Payer is taking money from Patient or Government(In other way)
