As per my opinion the single most impotant trait is ispiring amd motivation attitude toward the subordinates in the leader in a helthcare setting to create the positive and influential environment for the other to work with their best skills and efforts. The grivances/suggestions must be invited in the parellel way. the leader should motivate the low potential employee to work with more passion with high energy , once he/she achives the goals it will trigger the self-motivation in them.
