Big Mac contain 100 gm of cho, small fries contain 29 gm of cho and no choice from large diet Coke. So total cho intake is 129 gm.and blood sugar level is189 mg/do. So if we consider insulin cho ratio is 10 than 129/10 = 12.9=13 unit insulin is needed for above patient.
