Answer #1

The impact has seen several employees been either asked to step down or stay afoot while missing paychecks. An average of 500$ per month take home salaries employees are majorly affected. This shutdown is created to raise funding for wall near Mexican Border to avert crisis.

The opposition party denies such construction of wall and funding which Trump and his party wants to address. If not passed the shutdown might be longest in US History and shall force more than 8,00,000 workers to miss out salary and may also cause unemployment.

Working without payment is always frustrating for workers who somehow meet basic needs from their meagre wages and hence paychecks are must going further even if Shutdown carries on. Labor union support is most critical out here.
