"It is better to take food into the mouth than to take worries into the heart". This means many people think that their young children have something wrong with them and they opt for products which claim nutritional and probiotic benefits which actually does not serve any purpose or have no use .

example - In children with down syndrome, parents tends to use nutritional supplements that are available in the market but the truth is none of these nutritional supplements shown to improve the intellectual functions in children with down syndrome,

The following are additional sayings that have similar meanings:

when diet is wrong, medicines is of no use, when diet is correct , medicines is of no need.

good food is wise medicine.
