7) force has same magnitude for both charges as per Newton's 3rd law. And since they are identical they have same mass and so their accelerations will have same magnitudes. As they have same sign of charge they will repel each other and as move farther force will decrease and hence the acceleration will also decrease.

Hence the correct option is equal and decreasing.
