For E=0 and v=50 cm/s charge moves in a straight line.
for E = 3* 104 n/c particle moves in parabolic path in the field region and in straight line where field is not present.
for E = 5 * 104 N/C charge collide with green dot.
With E = 5 * 104 N/C and v = 100 cm/s charge does not hit green dot. because deviation is less when speed is high.
With initial velocity of 100cm/s and same E of above, charge has to be change to 4 * 10 -8 C to hit again the green dot
