A 4-year-old is on albuterol MDI as needed for rare episodes of wheezing. The family recently moved to an apartment where previous owners had a cat. The move has triggered daily wheezing for the past week. Based on NIH guidelines, what medications would be used? What can be done to help her? What is the relationship between allergens and asthma?

asthma is a condition in which the person will be presented with breathing difficulty, hunger for year, very much agitated, wheezing sound while taking breath etc. It is one of the difficult condition the person is experiancing and it consume more energy for breathing as usually breathing is considered as a efertless process. The child started wheezing after moving to a new house and in that house prior to them a cat was there. It may be triggered the wheezing as the child already on albuterol MDI. To control the asthma it was very important that the person must be removed from the precibitating factor here it is the cat. So the best way to reduce the thing is first to change the environment where the child were having more distress and try to clean the area especially the air which contains the allergen. Also it will be better if the area has got a cross ventilation and the child should get adequate rest and nutrition as part of the treatement. Also place the child in semi fowlers position, provide chest physio and give plenty of water can decrease the symptoms. Along with that child has to be discussed about the problems and should be help him in overcome it. As thenallergens has got a cause effect relationship in asthma treatment it will be most important that the client may not be comes in contact with the allergen.
