tan \theta = dn / de

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Use

cos \theta = adjacent / Hypotenuse

so,

cos \theta = Fx / F

cos \theta = 4.5 / 15

\theta = arccos (4.5 / 15)

\theta = 72.54 degree
