Answer: Febrile temperature values: The temperature of the body above the normal value is known as fever. This fever can occur due to many reasons. Usually in fever temperature does not exceed beyond 105.8 to 106.6 °F. These are the normal range of body temperature. If the temperature increase beyond this range then it is known as fever.

  • Oral: more than 99.9 °F
  • Tympanic: 0.5°F - 1°F
  • Axillary : 99.0 °F
  • Rectal : 99.5–100.9 °F
  • Temporal: 100.4 F
