See hair are straight or curly or any sign of malnutrition
3.HEENT- examination of head ,eye,ear ,nose ,teeth
See for any trauma , bleeding, wound, swelling etc
4. Respiratory- check respiratory rate, movement of chest,type of breathing, effort on breathing
5cvs- pulse rate,bp, pulse pattern
