Answer #1

Answer: It is not good decision to have cookies because 100gm of apple contains 14 gram of carbohydrates whereas 100gm of cookies contains 65 grams of carbohydrates. It is good to eat apples as it also contains fiber and many other vitamins and nutrients which is good for health. Whereas in the case of cookies there is high amount of carbs present along with the fat.

Unsaturated fat is considered to be healthy and found in olive oil, peanut etc. But most of the products such as cookies contains saturated fats which is considered to be not good for health.
