In this case , the healthcare manager has to work a lot because healthcare workers are more used to work at weekdays than on weekends , weekends is relaxing for all . Now ,the question is how to make the workers work on weekends . To implement this first you should involve the workers who have to work on these days ,take their suggestions and feedbacks , secondly provision of increments and facilities like iincrease in pay for weekdays , transport facility etc which can be covered under organisation budget and policy .
