Antidysrhythmic medications are the drugs which are used to treat abnormal heart rhythms due to irregular electrical activity of the heart.

Options (a) Amiodarone, (b) Ibutilide and (d) Propranolol are antidysrhythmic medications.

Explaination :-

Amiodarone is used to treat irregular heart beat conditions such as persistent ventricular fibrillation, tachycardia and restore the normal heart rhymth by blocking the irregular electrical signal of the heart.

Ibutilide is used to treat atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter by blocking the potassium channel. As a result, cardiac action potential is prolonged leading to increase the refractoriness of atrial and ventricular myocytes.

Propranolol is a beta- blocker and is used to treat arrhythmia by decreasing the heart rate and cardiac out by blocking the effects of adrenalin.

Simvastatin is used to lower the bad cholesterol and fats such as Low density lipoprotein, Triglycerides in our body by reducing the amount of cholesterol made by the liver.
