Why is it important to analyze your audience before creating a business message? Why is the tone of your message important?
The answer of part 1 is goes like this that your audience is your customer and to attract your customer for which you have something like logo or a tagline(kind of message). Its depend upon your product that the particular product attract which type of audience. For eg. If your product is for teen & adult the message should be that the teens like it, like PUBG - the battlefield , the game is aggressive and teenage age is little bit aggressive due to harmonial change thats why these type of games are famous in teen.
Same if the product is for old people the message convey two thing first its use & second its affordability. If your message pass these two things than your product is popular in the thus audience. Because old age people dont waste money and they want best but where the best buy means - low price high usefulness in short.
Now the answer of part 2 is that the tone of your message is sweet and simple and easily recognised even if your product logo is not there just like nike whether its logo there or not but where you hear the *just do it* you got it that its nike.
At the end for your business message play really a crucial role. No one is interested in business in depth they just want an overview of your busines to classify whether its good or not and this overview is conveyed by message which is sweet simple but at the time is should deep.
