During the Christmas season, workers have worked more than their maximum number of hours due to the huge demand for their product and being paid the same $8. As Federal law have classified that worker can work 40 hours a week and over the 40 hours of work, they will be paid overtime for it. Because Megan Hill is not paying any overtime to the worker, they are violating Federal laws. Additionally there is no records of workers available while Federal laws states that proper paperwork should be done before hiring workers.
