We know the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation

pH = pKa + log {[Conjugate Base]/[Acid]}

We have

pKa = 9.24

[Conjugate Base] = [NH3] = 0.21 M

[Acid] = [NH4+] = 0.24 M

By putting the given values in above formula

We get

pH = 9.24 + log (0.21/0.24)

= 9.24 + log(0.875)

= 9.24 - 0.06

= 9.18

So our asnwer is 9.18
