Human attitude positively and negatively affect their entire quality of life, it focuses on people, object, event, and ideas, it also affects their behavior and learning. Attitude influenced by belief and behavior. Psychological factors of attitude affect a person's quality of life. it also impacts their behavior in a negative way, it affects their economic, health, education process and makes social isolation. Attitude has a powerful effect on behavior. people change their attitude by looking at other people's behavior and learning good things.
Example:
People's positive attitude towards exercise can improve their behavior on regular exercise to maintain their physical fitness and mental function it also improves their learning ability towards health promotion and wellbeing. positive coping mechanisms that lower the risk of the disease condition.
