Accounding to psychology , attitude have a ABC model which represents A for affective, B for behavioral and C for cognitive. Mainly attitude is a set of certain emotions, behavior & belief. Attitude mainly refers the upbringing & experiences of a person . Attitude plays an important role in learning. Students Attitude determine their ability & their willingness to learn . Positive attitude towards learning is a component of self efficiency . It will bring the positivity which will help to approach challenges, tasks & goals in a positive manner & it will make yourself believe in your abilities of fulfilling your goals and make yourself succeed . This will affect other students too & will motivate  them to achieve their goals.

Attitude have a immense influence over behavior. Sometimes people are not aware of it that there attitude will affect their behavior. A person's attitude can be positive or negative & the both will have different affects on a person's behavior. The more strong attitude the more it will affect behavior. Attitude plays a major role in workplace. Someone with a negative behavior will bring negative vibes to the workplace which will indicate the negative attitude of the person. Nobody prefers to work with such person while , if a person constantly streaming positive thoughts & have cheerful & upbeat personality. Its possible he/she can become positive person with positive attitude towards life & people around him/her . He/she will bring positive atmosphere & good vibes to the workplace. Usually these are the employees , coworkers prefer to work with .

For example -

John & Sam both are co-workers . John has a negative attitude towards sam . John may not show it directly, but he may express it indirectly . He may not show interest in taking to him or to join him in parties or to share a same platform with sam .

This example shows that attitude affects human behavior. Just because he has a negative attitude towards sam. His behavior is also negative towards him .
