Answer #1

5 Risks are:

Food Safety

Cleanliness

Fire Safety

Food Storage

Thorough supervision is required inside the restaurant. A good experienced Food Supervisor must be appointed. We should also insure our restaurant, just in case any loss of damage due to fire , etc. Or if we find any difficulty in running the restaurant, it is better to sell it off, so that risks whatever may be will be transferred from our hands.
