Healthcare system transition to information technology has been a successful and positive initiative. For me also it's been a easy transition from the mannual ones that we had before which means a positive experience . It helps the documentation work to be completed easily in single clicks and we can devote more time on patient care than filling mannual files .

Exposure to medical record is very important because it provides us practice knowledge of different disease conditions about its signs and symptoms ,how it has been managed ,what are the nursing interventions made etc which we can be applied in the day to day patient care .
