Answer: Anomia: It is a condition in which people forget to recall the names of daily use objects.

Apraxia: People are unable to perform any kind of task even though they want to do it.

Agnosia: In this condition person is unable to identify the people or object.

Amnesia: Person is unable to recall past events.

Aphasia : People are unable to communicate.

Agraphia : Person is unable to communicate through writing.

Alexia : Person is unable to read.

* Cognitive impairment.

Conditions: It generally occurs in the old age.

Factors: poor blood flow to the brain, small stroke etc.

Diagnosis: Neurological examination, MRI, medical history, Lab test.

Treatment: Medication are given to reduce the symptoms such as sleep apnea etc. Some medication used are donepezil, galantamine etc.
