Prejudice and preconceived views are embedded into us as children. We receive these views from media, our community, religion, adults in our different activities, and families of origins. Some of these views of how those individuals who are from a different walk of life, society, class, religion, race, or gender are based on facts, while others on prejudices and bias. Discuss a preconceived view that you held as a child that was challenged later in life. If you have a viewpoint that was challenged or proved incorrect by your work in healthcare, that would be a very relevant answer to share. After birth ,from 5 months old a baby observe surrounding very clearly and slowly start imitating her parents or family members.

They will hear our voices and trying to respond like that as they grew.

In the same way, this child attitude, way of life is mostly due to the effect of their parents or surroundings.

Racism -as a child if a person belongs to higher racism, their parents show them how to respond with the lower race. How they respect higher races. High race parents are not interested to see their child treating lower race patients by touching their feet and etc. But after entering in professional carrier as a health care provider, I learn to serve those who need me. It's a get service. Pre conxeived view is wrong way in this life.

Another example -sexism, males are more dominated than female.

They grow like that. They dnt even respect them even in the same profession. But after entering into a job also he behaves like that

That leads to great loss in his profession life because female patients normally needs female to treat. But he discrimanate ladies?
