Public health professionals inculcate system management to promote leadership collaboration in public health by proper operation of systemic programs . They use communities support to function the system and nominate one of the public as staff from the population itself to take care of the proper functioning of system so that they utilise it as one of their system and also take follow the policies and practices of healthcare services .
