I don’t take supplements as I know that by taking a balanced diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables having the balance of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins we can have good health. Taking supplements is only recommended when we have special needs such as when we are; pregnant, lactating or old. I prefer eating a balanced food in which I get the vitamins in the natural milieu along with fiber and thus find no need to take supplements.
