introduce your identity

Ask how she feeling and make her realize that you are ready to listen all her problems

Take her permission and do physical examination

Find out whether she has any allergy ? she has any ongoing medical conditions or is she using any regular medication? If she denies about her other health problems make her understood that health information are necessary to determine a proper diagnosis.

Vital signs checking,glucose monitoring and weight checking

Past and present medical and surgical history

Ask about her family and whether she has any family problem or work related problem

Assess for age related problems

Ask she has rapid wight loss or gain and find out about appetite and diet pattern

Does she follows a sedentary lifestyle

Why she can't sleep at night

Find out does she is neglecting family because of her weakness.Does she needs any help to support in household activities

Encourage her to do exercise and follow a balanced diet
