Yes, A computer is able to gain consciousness , it makes it a worthy contender if being a stakeholder, As computers are full with abundance artificial intelligence and they can be a potential aware stakeholder.

If you're a firm believer of an efficient market hypothesis, you should be favourable for computer being a stakeholder as it will not just be an aware stakeholder but it'll also be full with skepticism and proactive measures to detect any adverse moment.

Computer as an stakeholder will be an era of artificial intelligence where stakeholders interest will be protected as the whole system will be abundant with artificial intelligence.
