Answer: Care can be both high quality and inefficient because due to increase in the demand people are spending more money. People think that the cost effective care are expensive. The quality of care that is being provides to the patient are sometimes inefficient as we can umderunder with the help of example, providing a high quality of care to the patient who has been admitted in the hospital. All the facilities such as air conditioner, a nice bed etc. But the healthcare professionals are not providing patient a proper attention and care. This is the high quality which is inefficient.
