the second management issue in this case is that there is not good communication between tha receptionist and dental hygienist.the receptionist should have noted this to the dental hygienist about her allergy.

the third management issue in this case is that the dentist should have attempted to understand her side of the situation he didn’t try to understand why she was upset.
