Ford, is an American MNC automotive founded by Henry Ford in the year 1903. The company has it's headquarters in Michigan, United States.

Current issues and problems Ford is facing :-

a) The current business plan of Ford is not effective as the financial position is not sustainable as it was before.

b) Ford's global economic market is not doing well as it's performance has decreased a lot.

c) The foreign market share of Ford is not doing well as it was expected.

Recommendations :-

a) Ford needs to make fuel-efficient automobiles to increase the customer demands.

b) The company needs to make more durable cars as there are many car brands which are much more reliable and durable than that of Ford.

c) The first thing the company needs to think about is that of increasing the quality standards of the automobiles. The quality of the Ford cars are not of high quality.

d) The company also needs to think of lowering the operation cost so that the customers won't feel a burden of high cost as well as high maintenance.

How to implement Recommendations :-

Ford need to overcome these issues to get a better market share and better competitive position in the market. So, the company first need to think about customer satisfaction and they need to research the needs of the customers. This in-depth research can help Ford to understand the wants of the consumers worldwide. And by fulfilling those needs, customers would get more satisfied which would increase the demand of the products and ultimately increasing the market share.
