An omnichannel strategy will be the most appropriate for Brand W because this will help the W brand to reach to consumers in different ways like cell phone, internet, social media, news media, retailing outlets etc. and this will influence the female consumers to get attract towards the W brand products and make a larger purchase for the W brand. Omnichannel will make a larger impact to the consumer due to many integrated ways to reach to the consumers in the given target market.

The benefits of using the omnichannel strategy are to reach a larger number of consumers which will have better influences over consumers and result in better sales for the W brand. This is a female business brand, which needs larger marketing to make them influence. Omnichannel is the right approach for W brand.

The risk is that omnichannel marketing is expensive and if it does not reflect on the larger scale, then it will result in negative financials for the business. The risk is that if it is not framed adequately, then it may result in the negativity of the brand.

The critical digital and technical capabilities the company needs to consider in its pursuit of an omnichannel strategy is that they need to be digital trained and competent in making the right digital marketing package for the W brand so that it can be communicated properly with the digital channel. The technical capabilities are such that one can understand the digital/technical process for marking the omnichannel with the online sale, social media sale, internet marketing, other media marketing. The technical and digital competency I required to frame the digital and technical content for making the suitable input for the omnichannel processes. The company needs to understand the digital and technical requirements for making the omnichannel execution properly.
