Answer #1

Correct answer------------Treasury stock acquisition.

.

Treasury stock acquisition will involve outflow of cash which will be reported as a cash outflow in Financing section of cash flow statement.

Conversion of bonds into stock, asset acquisition through binds issue and exchange of plant assets are all non-cash transactions which are neither reported as investing or financing activity. These are although reported in notes to cash flow statement.
