Anxiety :

Anxiety is our body's natural response to stress.

It is a healthy emotion and feeling of apprehension and fear which shows some

physical characteristics like nervousness , palpitations , uneasiness , worry.

Examples of Anxiety:

Desirable anxiety:

Anxiety is a strong desire to do something , in an occasion the persons feels very anxious to finish the work properly .

Undesirable anxiety :

Some times disproportionate anxiety leads to medical disorder . This is undesirable anxiety.

sedative:

It is a drug that makes the person calm ,promotes sleep and reduce the agitation.

Examples :

Desirable:

This sedatives are used for some behavioural disorders and reduce agitation

Undesirable :

Sometimes sedatives cause drowsiness , dizziness confusion ,and memory problems which does not useful for us.

Hypnosia :

Hypnosis means hypnotizing the people by trained person in which the person is induced loss of consciousness and control the thoughts .

Example :

Desirable :

The hypnosis is used as a therapy for the people who are prolonged smoker and over eater. It is also used for anxiety , phobia

Undesirable :

In some situations it cause headache , dizziness and some unwanted consequences.
