Answer: Medical errors could cause severe affect on the heth of patients. The medical error may cause allergic reactions, increase risk of the chronic disease or it can be fatal. So, medical errors could be life threatening. The wrong medication or the overdose of the medication sometimes leads patient to get into coma. It may increase the life risk and hence the medical error could be fatal. Sometimes the misdiagnosis leads to severe or multiple organ failure. As the major problem could not be recognized and hence lead to medical error. The wrong treatment could be fatal.
