(1) Nurse should have the observation power to find out the false practices happens in hospital environment..(2)she should teach the patient to follow the instructions as ordered by their consultant (3)She should make good therapeutic relationships with patient and family so that they do not hesitate to ask any health related doubts which can help to improve their health.(4) she should follow the rules and regulations of her organization to provide high quality nursing care.(5) she should treat the patient according to the triage (emergency code)state so that she does not feel overburden on her duties.(6)Moreover,she became capable to give attention what her clients actually need with out occurring any negligence (7)she should be good listener to assist the patient to feel comfortable in the hospital environment (8)she should respect the culture and tradition of patient ,if she is ready to ,understand their situation they will surely co-operate with them.(9)psychological support should be given for patient and family to improve health of the client (9)if the patient is bedridden more attention should be given to prevent bed sore which will show the quality care .(10)if they do these practices they will be accepted by the public ,patient and coworkers (11)she will get more respect for what do for society (13)every one will understand the value of this profession which will improve the productivity of the nursing field as well as in health care system (14)more people an get attracted towards nursing while seeing the dedication and commitment of the to serve the humanity which can solve the problem of shortage of staff in the near by future, (15)this will aid to provide better care so that nurses can give their best inorder to keep the society free from disease
