Answer #1

Answer: Transformation is required in the nursing practice to improve care. There should be change in the methods of providing care. The nurse should involve evidence based practice in their nursing practice. This should be encouraged. Nursing practice should be patient centered. To bring better outcomes, it is important that the nurse should implement better methods of delivering care.

To achieve this change it is important to understand the need of this change. The first step that should be taken is encouraging nurses to indulge themselves in learning methods, reading journals, research papers etc. This will enhance their knowledge.
