Answer: The tuberculosis can be transmitted through various means. The increased consumption of alcohol increases the risk of lung disease. It makes lungs weak which can be easily attacked by the bacteria.

The other causes through which tuberculosis can be transmitted such as using infected person towels, clothes, coming in contact with the bodily fluids of the patient etc.

Antitubercular drug are used for the treatment of tuberculosis. The effectiveness of the medicine can be recognized as it reduces the symptoms such as coughing, fever, pain etc. This shows that the drug is acting on the body properly.

Nurse should teach patient regarding the drug regime as patient should complete the whole course. Patient should not miss dose and it will cause bacteria to become more resistant towards antibiotic. Patient should consult doctor immediately if any kind of symptoms occurs such as vomiting, loss of appetite.
